General Rules & Regulations

• All visitors to The Sports Park are adhere strictly to these terms and conditions. The Sports Park Management and its appointed vendors and agents reserves the exclusive and complete right to interpret these terms and conditions as they deem fit and take any appropriate action against any visitor or visitors, including but not restricted to, ejecting, removing or request to leave, the premises or summoning the assistance of the police or filing a police report, so long as there is a potential or possible danger to the safety of those present.
• Players, officials, and visitors must be in proper attire befitting the sport and the decorum of the facility. Bare bodies and bare feet are prohibited. Football boots (with soft spikes) and appropriate footwear for the various sports played are allowed to be worn. Football boots with metal studs are strictly not permitted.
• Anyone found in improper attire & footwear will not be allowed in the facility.
• Smoking, vaping, sniffing or any form of substance abuse is strictly prohibited and, where necessary, shall be reported to the relevant authorities instantly.
• Pets are not encouraged on the premises.
• In the event of inclement weather, such as, lightning and/or heavy rain, the Management reserves the right to stop or postpone all activities. Failure to comply may result in suspensions or bans from using the facility. No refunds and/or extensions will be made for bookings. However, replacement of the bookings may be extended on a case-by-case basis if the above occurs 20 minutes into the game. Replacement bookings are subjected to availability.
• Visitors shall not remove anything from the facility without seeking prior approval from The Management.
• The Management shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damage or loss sustained by any visitors and/or guests in and around the premise.
• All unlawful acts will be referred to relevant authorities.

Booking

• All bookings and payments must be made in advance, via the official online booking webpage and registrants have to be for verification and be subjected to approval by The Management.
• Each registrant is allowed to book for one session per day only. If, for whatever reason, a registrant is able to secure and pay for two bookings in a day, all the paid bookings shall be cancelled without refund by The Management.
• Only registrants who have booked and paid for the facility are allowed to use it with their guests.
• Use of the facility shall not be carried about without making prior bookings and full payment being made.
• In case of no show, the booking shall be forfeited.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of the booked session.
• All bookings are non-transferable. Offenders (both transferor and transferee) will be banned from future bookings by The Management.
• The Management has the rights to stop all events that are not approved or are deemed inappropriate for the use of the facility.

Others

• Any registrant and or their guests who violate the above stated rules and regulations or do not follow instructions or orders given by The Management will be required to leave the premise and its surroundings and or can be banned from using the facility.
• The Management reserves the right to amend the above stated rules and regulations at any given time without any prior notice given

Note:

• The Management refers to any appointed officers from The Sports Park or its parent organization, Worldwide Union Sports Achievers Pte Ltd
• An event includes, but is not limited to, league games, tournaments, competitions, clinics, courses and or corporate, public, private functions.
• Transferor refers to anyone who sells his/her booking to another party
• Transferee refers to anyone who buys a booked slot from another party

Operating Hours:

Main Pitch 
Tuesdays to Sunday, 8am – 10pm (Closed every Monday for maintenance, unless it’s a Public Holiday, in which the next working day shall be closed for maintenance)

Small Pitch

Daily 8am to 10pm
